White Sands national monument in southern New Mexico. A breath taking place that offers a rare view of pure white sand dunes. It might as well be snow it is so white. I regretted not having good sunglasses one day here on a short hike. This place has abundant wildlife too though mostly active in the evening hours when it is cooler. You can see the texture crated here from the wind blowing the sand. Different size grains have different weights and are literally sorted leaving behind a trail of ripples as nature continues it's job.
